Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on https://babymindlab.com (the “Website”), operated by Baby Mind Lab, 16 rue Etienne Jules Marey, 78390 Bois d’Arcy, France. For questions, contact contact@babymindlab.com.

1) Digital products only

Baby Mind Lab sells digital products only (eBooks/PDFs and other downloadable or online digital content).

2) No returns for digital downloads

Because digital content can be accessed immediately and cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, we do not accept returns of digital products.

3) Right of withdrawal (EU/France) — important notice

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance/online purchases.
However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal can be excluded once performance has begun, provided the customer (i) gives prior express consent to begin delivery during the withdrawal period and (ii) acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing a digital product on our Website and downloading/accessing it (or otherwise requesting immediate delivery), you agree that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access/download begins, where applicable under law.

4) Refunds (standard rule)

Except where mandatory law applies, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for digital products once delivery/access has started.

5) Goodwill “Satisfaction” refunds (limited and discretionary)

Baby Mind Lab stands behind its educational content and aims for 100% customer satisfaction.
That said, because the product is digital, any “not satisfied” refund is not guaranteed and may be granted only at our discretion and only if all conditions below are met:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The customer provides the order number and the email used at checkout.
  • The customer provides a clear explanation of what was not satisfactory (at least 3 sentences) to help us improve.
  • The customer confirms in writing that the file has not been downloaded/accessed (or, if access occurred, that a refund is requested only if required by mandatory consumer law).

If any of these conditions are not met, the request may be declined.

6) Duplicate charges and technical failures (always reviewed)

A refund or replacement access link will be provided in these cases:

  • Duplicate purchase/duplicate charge for the same product.
  • technical delivery problem where the download/access link cannot be delivered or used and support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.

7) How to request help

Email contact@babymindlab.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for request
  • Any screenshots showing the issue (if technical)

8) Refund method and timing (if approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method and timing depends on the payment provider/bank.

9) Policy updates

This policy may be updated from time to time, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
